Angelo Gervaso Colombo, founding partner of Studio Borioli & Colombo Associati, now B&C Tax, has been performing the profession of Certified Public Accountant for more than 30 years, with an extensive experience in tax and corporate consultancy, as well as in extraordinary corporate operations. He is usual speaker in conventions about international taxation. He is indipendent member of Board of Directors and Statutory Auditor in several multinational companies. He was former Legal Auditor and then Director of the Register of Certified Public Accountants of Milano; former EMEA and Worldwide Chairman of BKR International.
