B&C Legal&Compliance is a multipractice law firm with offices in Milan, active for over 30 years mainly in assisting companies with reference to commercial matters, M&A, corporate, IP, processing of personal data and labor law. The presence among the shareholders of chartered accountants with consolidated experience in the areas of international taxation, M&A and compliance, as well as the multi-year partnership with B&C Tax – a firm operating in the field of tax and corporate consultancy – significantly integrates the offer of professional services of the firm.

The integration will allow both firms to strengthen their M&A and Banking & Finance practices and will also favor the development of foreign operations.
